This project involved replacing a leaking rubber roof and improving drainage at a women’s shelter operated by Father Bill’s in Stoughton. The existing roof experienced significant water intrusion due to pooling near the entrance area.
We installed a new Mule-Hide .060 EPDM rubber roofing system with insulation and built a custom roof cricket above the doorway to help divert water away from the problem area and improve overall drainage. The roofing system was finished with CertainTeed Landmark shingles to provide long-lasting protection and durability.
